Concrete recovery
Concrete recycling has been a reality for many years,
as between 60% and 70% of concrete from demolition projects
is reused as road sub-base.
There are two main types of recyclable or recoverable concrete flows:
Concrete from manufacturing processes, such as precast plants or ready-mix concrete production units
Concrete from deconstruction activities
These materials are mostly collected and processed in dedicated facilities (crushing, screening, additional sorting, etc.) before being reused as backfill material or in road construction applications (sub-base layers, pavement foundations, or base concrete).
Our nationwide fleet of specialized trucks ensures the direct collection of concrete supports from worksites.
They are transported to one of our 300+ sites across France, where they are gathered, stored, and then crushed using specialized concrete shears
This process separates concrete from scrap metal, enabling 100% material recovery.
